Hi, I'm Teacher Yobhel

I tutor high school
and college math
until it clicks.

Junior High, Senior High and college math, plus full preparation for the math section of the UPCAT, ACET, DCAT and USTET. I've tutored over 100 students the same way: one real problem at a time, every step shown.

Not just answer keys.

Every problem, worked step by step — with me.

I don't hand you a formula and hope it sticks. I show you why each step works, so you can do it on your own when it counts.

I explain the why

You'll know why a step works, not just that it does. That is what stays with you on exam day.

I keep it structured

Each topic builds on the one before it, in the order that makes sense, so nothing ever feels random.

I make you practise

Solved problems, a diagnostic exam and practice sets — because watching me solve it is not the same as doing it yourself.

Here's how I can help

The diagnostic exam and the Facebook live classes are free. The lessons, practice sets, review pack and live review batches are one payment away — no subscription.

Why I do this

I know how it feels to stare at a problem and freeze.

I'm a PSHS scholar and a BS Management Engineering graduate, and I've tutored more than a hundred students for the college entrance tests. The thing I've learned is that the blank feeling goes away the moment someone slows down and shows you every step. So that's what I do.

  • I teach it the way I wish I'd been taught. Slowly at first, then faster as it clicks.
  • You'll always know why a step works. Tricks are the last thing I teach, not the first.
  • No question is too small. If it is confusing you, it is worth asking me.
